Sepholo stands for la SEmaine PHotographique de LOmé, a photo contest during a week in Lome, capital of Togo, in partnership with the French Institute. The logo is using the 3 last letters "OLO" as an emoticon which can be declined to represent the feelings while seeing the pictures.
